Step 1
Frozen Boston cooked dragon from the supermarketOne shrimp, defrosted naturally and washed repeatedly. If you are using fresh lobster, it is best to blanch it in water.Step 2

Prepare scallops and shred ginger. If the scallops are larger, soak them in water. My scallops are small, so I simply didn’t soak them.Step 4
Put the casserole on low heat and boil the porridge first. When making porridge, rice and glutinous rice are added (ratio 3:1), which makes it thicker.Step 5
In about 20 minutes, the white porridge is ready. Turn to medium heat, add scallops, white pepper, and shredded ginger and simmer for about ten minutes. Add a dollop of lard. If you don't like this, you can omit it.Step 6
Add the lobster, continue to cook over medium heat for ten minutes, adjust the salt, and the lobster porridge is ready.Step 7
Chop some cilantro and add as much as you like.Step 8
