Step 1
Prepare the ingredients, here is what I usedIt is a little bone and a little lean meat, (mainly because there is not enough lean meat at home), all lean meat or ribs are fine. You must wear gloves when peeling yam, unless you are not itchy.Step 2
Put the pork in cold water, add a few slices of ginger, cook until foam forms, then remove and clean.Step 3
Clean the morels, soak them with your hands, and boil the soaked water later.Step 4
Put all the ingredients into the stew pot and add water. I also put 2 red dates (pitted) at the back to make the soup sweeter. I also added a little wolfberry when it came out of the pot.Step 5
Just press the soup button. If you don't have a stew pot, you can also use a soup pot. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for about half an hour to an hour. Yams will rot if cooked for too long, so adjust the time yourself.Step 6
