Mushroom cubes (bread machine version)
Ingredients
- Dried Mushrooms 150g
- Onions Appropriate amount
- Garlic Appropriate amount
- Ginger Appropriate amount
- Thirteen Incense 1 spoon
- Light soy sauce 2 spoons
- Oyster sauce 1 spoon
- Peanut oil 200g

3. Soak the mushrooms in advance. I like to soak them the night before
4. Wash the soaked mushrooms
5. Cut the mushrooms into cubes You can also cut it with a knife, but the mushrooms are a bit slippery and not easy to cut

7. Pour peanut oil into the bread machine barrel, add the chopped onions, garlic, and ginger into the bread machine, and start the stir-fry process. Fry for 5 minutes first
8. Stir-fry for 5 minutes and add the diced mushrooms
9. Add all the seasonings and continue stir-frying
10. 1 spoon of cornstarch and a little water (this step can be omitted)
11. Smooth the mushrooms before pouring the cornstarch water
12. Start the baking program for 30 minutes. I used it twice for 15 minutes to dry it out a little

Tips
- Dried mushrooms, if you need them in a hurry, you can soak them in water at about 50 degrees for about 2 hours
