Original steamed cake
Ingredients
- Eggs 3
- Low gluten flour 50g
- Milk 40g
- Corn oil 30g
- Powdered sugar 50g
- Lemon juice A few drops
Steps
1. Prepare materials
2. The egg yolk and egg white are separated into two water-free and oil-free containers
3. Add corn oil to milk and stir until emulsified
4. Add egg yolk and stir evenly
5. Sift in low-gluten flour
6. Stir evenly and set aside
7. Install the egg beater on the Dongling wireless meat grinder, then pour in the egg whites, add lemon juice, and beat until rough
8. Add sugar powder in three times and pass to hard foam

10. First take one -third of the protein cream and egg yolk paste and mix well,
11. Add the remaining meringue to the egg yolk batter and mix evenly
12. Pour the mixed cake batter into a 6-inch removable bottom mold
13. Cover the surface with a lid to prevent water from entering, put it in a steam oven at 100 degrees, steam for 50 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 3 minutes
14. Take it out and shake it, then place it upside down on the grill, let it cool and then unmold

Tips
- If you don’t have a steam oven, you can steam it in a steamer. After boiling water, put it in medium heat and steam for 50 minutes. Remember to cover the lid or wrap it with plastic wrap. It is recommended to wrap the entire mold with plastic wrap, including the bottom. This will better prevent moisture from entering.
