Original waffles
Ingredients
- Low gluten flour 120g
- Cornstarch 20g
- Eggs 2
- Milk 80g
- Corn oil 40g
- Fine sugar 40g
- Salt 1 gram
- Baking powder 5 grams
Steps
1. Mix flour, cornstarch, caster sugar, salt, and baking powder together and stir evenly
2. Beat the eggs and milk until completely combined
3. Pour the milk and egg liquid into the mixed flour
4. Use a manual egg beater to mix the batter until there are no particles
5. Finally pour in corn oil
6. Continue stirring until smooth
7. Plug in the waffle maker and preheat it, and apply a thin layer of corn oil (remember not to use too much)
8. Pour in the batter and make it nine-tenths full. It will swell when heated and fermented
9. Cover the lid, fasten the buckle, and turn on the work light. After about three minutes, when the work light goes out, it means it is done. (There will be a squeaking sound in the middle)
10. Open the lid, and a nutritious and delicious waffle is ready.
11. Take it out with a small clip, be careful not to burn your hands, and use small scissors to trim the edges to make it look better.
