Oven roast beef
Beef 250g | Garlic 4-6 petals (depending on preference) |
Chili noodles 2 scoops | Barbeque powder 2 scoops |
Zanthoxylum bungeanum noodles 1 scoop | White sesame/black sesame 2 scoops |
Cumin 1 scoop | Light soy sauce 1 scoop |
Oyster sauce 1 scoop | Seasoned salt/salt 1 scoop |
Step 1
Mince the garlic, put it into a bowl, then add chili powder, barbecue powder, pepper powder, cumin, salt, and stir evenly.Step 2
Heat oil in a pot. When the oil starts to smoke, pour it into a bowl with minced garlic and seasonings. Stir evenly with a spoon while pouring. If you like a stronger flavor, you can also add a small piece of hot pot base when simmering the oil.Step 3
After the oil cools down, add light soy sauce and oil and stir evenly. Add beef cubes/beef strips so that the barbecue ingredients contact each piece of beef. Then put it in the refrigerator to let the beef taste.Step 4
Take it out the next day and place the beef on a baking sheet lined with a layer of tin foil. Don't forget to brush a thin layer of oil on the tin foil. Heat the oven at 190-200 degrees, and bake for 20 minutes before serving. Today I also marinated the squid with the remaining marinated beef sauce for an hour and a half and grilled them together.Step 5
Then take the beef out of the roasting pan and pour the barbecue sauce on the roasting pan. Delicious food worthy of the world Oven roast beef cooking tips
