- Chili Pepper Appropriate amount
Steps
1. Cut the yuba into small pieces and soak in warm water until soft
2. Wash and cut the ribs and set aside
3. Put the ribs into the pot under cold water and blanch them. If you see a lot of floating foam in the pot, you can take them out.
4. Blanch the ribs; remove and set aside
5. Pour oil into the pot, stir-fry the chili peppers
6. Then put the ribs into the pot and stir-fry
7. After frying until both sides change color, add appropriate amount of light soy sauce and dark soy sauce. Dark soy sauce is used for coloring. How much you add depends on your personal preference. I prefer soy sauce, so I add it.A bit much
8. Add water to cover the ribs. It is best to add more water! Cover and simmer over medium heat
9. When half of the cooking time, add the yuba. Continue to cover and simmer over medium heat
10. When the juice is almost gone, open the lid, add a little salt, stir-fry and serve. Remember not to add too much salt, because the light soy sauce is used for seasoning and already has a little salty taste, so when adding salt, just a little bit is enough
11. Because of the addition of chili peppers, it will taste spicy! But it’s delicious
12. The yuba absorbs the soup from the pork ribs and tastes particularly delicious
