Potato Egg Pancake
Ingredients
- Potatoes 2 pieces
- Eggs 2
- Starch 50g
- Salt 3g
- Zanthoxylum bungeanum powder 2g
- Red pepper Half
- Peanut oil 30ml
Steps
1. Peel potatoes.
2. Use a vegetable cutter to grate into shreds.
3. Add cornstarch, salt, and pepper powder.
4. Crack in two eggs.
5. Stir evenly.

7. Chop it into pieces and put it into shredded potatoes.
8. Mix well
9. Put peanut oil in a non-stick pan, add shredded potatoes, and spread it into a cake with chopsticks.
10. Fry slowly over medium-low heat.
