Radish in Gravy
Ingredients
- White radish 500g
- Pork belly 50g
- Light soy sauce 2 tablespoons
- Dark soy sauce Half tablespoon
- Yellow wine 50ml
- Ginger slices 2 slices
- Rock sugar 20g
- Salt 2 grams
Steps
1. Prepare ingredients
2. Peel and cut radish into cubes
3. Cut green onions into sections
4. Sliced pork belly
5. Add sliced meat and ginger slices to the pot, stir fry until dry and then add oil so that the oil will not splash out
6. Stir fry until the color changes
7. Add rice wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, rock sugar, and salt and stir-fry for color
8. Add radish and stir-fry evenly
9. Add 80ml hot water
10. Bring to a boil and stir-fry evenly, cover the pot and simmer for 15 minutes
11. Open the lid and simmer over high heat to collect the juice, then cover the pot and simmer for five minutes
12. Finished product
