Spicy Cabbage and Tofu Soup
Ingredients
- Silky tofu One piece
- Spicy cabbage Appropriate amount
- Meat slices Appropriate amount
- Ginger A little
- Salt Appropriate amount
- Light soy sauce A little

- Oil Appropriate amount
Steps
1. Prepare the required materials
2. Cut the tofu into small pieces and set aside
3. Wash the meat and sprinkle with appropriate amount of salt
4. Pour in a little soy sauce, rub the meat slices evenly and marinate for fifteen minutes
5. Cut the spicy cabbage into even segments
6. Heat the oil in the pot and add shredded ginger
7. Add meat slices
8. Quickly stir-fry the meat slices until they turn white and then set aside
9. Put the kimchi into the pot and stir-fry
10. Add appropriate amount of water and start cooking
11. After boiling, add tofu and cook together
12. Add appropriate amount of salt to taste
