Spring nourishing beef wakame tofu soup
Beef Appropriate amount | Wakame Appropriate amount |
Mushroom Four | Tofu Half box |
Minced garlic Two small flaps | Salt Appropriate amount |
Soy sauce Half spoon | Powder 1 scoop |
Step 1
First soak the wakame and chop it into small pieces! Slice the mushrooms and cut the tofu into strips (I forgot to take a photo of the tofu). Then slice the beef and beat it with a meat hammer. This will make it more tender and easier to marinate and flavor! After each piece of beef is beaten, cornstarch, a small amount of water, light soy sauce, and a small amount of salt are added for marinating.Step 2
Dice garlic, heat oil in a pan, add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, add wakame and stir-fry twice, add water and tofu, bring to a boil over high heat!Step 3
After boiling, add the mushrooms and then add the beef piece by piece (one piece at a time so it won't stick), then sprinkle with wolfberry, cook for one and a half minutes, and it's ready to serve!Step 4
