Steamed lotus root balls
Ingredients
- Pork stuffing 200g
- Lotus root 1 section
- Olive oil 5g
- Salt 3g
- Ginger 10g
- Onion 1 root
- Oyster sauce 1 spoon

Steps
1. Prepare the ingredients.
2. Stuff minced lean pork with minced ginger, chopped green onion, salt, pepper and sweet potato starch.
3. Add appropriate amount of water and stir evenly, then add olive oil and stir evenly.
4. Remove the segments from the lotus root, wash and peel it, and grind the lotus root into pieces on a small eye grater.

- 1.When preparing the pork filling, add a little water to make the steamed meatballs more tender.
