Stewed hairtail fish
Ingredients
- hairtail
- Light soy sauce
- 老草
- Cooking wine
- Ginger slices
- Chopped green onion
- Thirteen Incense
Steps
1. Hairtail
2. Cut into segments
3. Clean the stomach
4. Cut ginger slices
5. Chop green onions
6. Pour oil into the hot pan and add ginger slices
7. Add in fried hairtail
8. When one side is fried, turn it over
9. Fry until both sides are golden brown and add boiling water
10. Add appropriate amount of cooking wine to remove the smell
11. Add light soy sauce
12. A little dark soy sauce
13. Season with thirteen spices, cover and simmer for a while
14. Finally sprinkle with chopped green onion
15. Remove from pot and plate
16. Finished product
