Stir-fried green beans with soybean flavor
Ingredients

- Lean meat filling 50g

Steps
1. Prepare ingredients.
2. Remove the shreds and ends from the green beans, break them into small pieces, wash and drain.
3. Cut the dried chilies into small pieces, mince the onion and ginger, and slice the garlic.
4. Pour more oil into the pot, 3 times the usual amount for cooking.
5. Add the beans and stir-fry continuously.
6. When the skin of the beans becomes brown and slightly wrinkled, take it out and set aside.
7. Leave the oil in the pot, add the lean meat filling and stir-fry.
8. After the minced meat changes color, add onions, ginger, garlic, dried chili peppers, and Sichuan peppercorns and stir-fry.
9. After the aroma comes out, add 2 tablespoons of spicy sauce and stir-fry.
10. Add the beans and stir-fry.
11. Sprinkle a little salt to taste.
12. Stir well and it is ready to serve.

- Although this is a Sichuan dish, when eating it at home, it is best to add an appropriate amount of chili sauce according to your personal preference for spiciness.
