Step 1
Use whatever ingredients are available. The spring has stopped getting warm but it's still cold. It rained sparsely all day on the weekend. I didn't want to go out, just to use up the memory of the refrigerator.Step 2

Heat a small amount of oil in a pot, add carrots, dried beans, and ham and stir-fry until the carrots become soft.Step 6
Add leeks and mung bean sprouts, add appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence and stir-fry evenly.Step 7
