Sweet and sour seabass
Ingredients
- Perch 1
- Starch 1 spoon
- Floor 1 spoon
- Salt 0.5 tbsp
- Clear water Appropriate amount
- Ketchup 1 spoon
- Orange juice 1 spoon
- White vinegar Half a spoonful
- White sugar half a spoonful
- Garlic slices A few
- Cilantro A little
Steps
1. Remove the guts and clean the bass
2. Change the tile knife as shown in the picture for later use
3. Add one spoonful of starch, one spoonful of flour, salt and appropriate amount of water to the basin
4. Stir evenly into a thick batter

6. Heat the oil to 70% and fry in the pan
