Tofu mixed with green onion
Ingredients
- Tofu 1 box
- Scallions 1 small handful
- Preserved egg 1 piece
- Soy sauce, steamed fish soy sauce Half a spoon each
- Age vinegar 2 spoons
- Hot oil 3 spoons
- Oyster sauce 1 spoon
Steps
1. Prepare ingredients: tofu, preserved eggs, green onions
2. Cut tofu into cubes
3. Put in a colander
4. Add water to the pot and a little salt
5. Boil water over high heat, put the tofu directly into a colander and put it into the pot
6. One preserved egg
7. Boil the tofu for a while, then remove it
8. Let the tofu dry for a while, spread it in a bowl, and top it with sliced preserved eggs
9. Add oyster sauce
10. Add soy sauce
11. Add vinegar
12. Sprinkle green onions
13. Add cooking oil to the pot and heat over high heat
