Pour in 15ml vegetable oil and 60g tomato paste. I used unseasoned canned tomato sauce.Step 3
Mix slightly until there is no dry powder, then knead lightly into a dough, wrap in plastic wrap and rest for half an hour.Step 4
Roll out the rested dough into 1.5mm dough and sprinkle with a handful of coarse black peppercorns.Step 5
Cut into noodles about 7mm wide and 7cm long.Step 6
Roll each cookie into a 20cm long, thin biscuit stick and arrange on a plate.Step 7
Here’s a photo of the oven~Step 8
The oven is set to 170 degrees for the upper tube and 150 degrees for the lower tube. Set to bake for about 20 minutes. The oven will automatically preheat. After two beeps, the biscuits can be put in for baking. The biscuit sticks are very thin and easy to burn, so be careful at all times. Speaking of which, this oven from COUSS can turn the light on and off by itself, which is really kind of humane.Step 9
After baking, place the biscuit sticks on the baking sheet and let them cool. Without the PS version, the coloring is very even. On the contrary, the uneven thickness I rolled affected the appearance.Step 10
The tomato pretz is fragrant, crispy, and spicy with a hint of black pepper, and you can't stop eating it.
