Tremella, Snow Pear and Red Fruit Soup
Ingredients
- Tremella fungus 50g
- Sydney 1
- 红果
- Rock Sugar
- Honey
Steps
1. Soak white fungus in clean water. Soak and tear into small pieces
2. Wash and core the red fruits
3. Peel the pears, remove the core and cut into small pieces
