Vegetable and egg noodles
Ingredients
- Green vegetables 3 items
- Eggs 1
- Noodles Appropriate amount
- Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
- Salt 1 tsp
- White sugar A little
- Balsamic vinegar 1 small spoon
- Sesame oil 1 spoon
Steps
1. Prepare materials
2. Soak the vegetables in water for a while
3. Clean it, take it out, and tear off the old skin at the root
4. Heat hot water in a pot, add a little salt and sesame oil after the water boils
5. Add the green vegetables, blanch them and take them out
6. Pour oil into the pot and heat it
7. Then add eggs and fry them

9. Add soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, and sesame oil to the bowl

Tips
- Adding balsamic vinegar will make the soup a little sour and refreshing. If you don't like it, you can omit it; you can add some salt and cooking oil when blanching vegetables. Maintain the green color of vegetables
