Remove the roots of enoki mushrooms, wash and set asideStep 2
Chop minced ginger, minced garlic, and dried chili into sections.Step 3
Mix one spoon of sugar, three spoons of vinegar, two spoons of soy sauce, and two spoons of bean paste (do not use sweet bean paste instead). You don’t need to add any salt to the bean paste.Step 4
