White pepper pork belly and egg stew
Ingredients
- Pork belly One (five days' supply)
- Cooking wine Three tablespoons
- Red dates 4 pills (one day, the same below)
- Xiaomi A small handful
- Ginger juice One teaspoon
- Egg One
- Black sesame slices Two slices
- Freshly ground white pepper Appropriate amount
Steps
1. After buying the pork belly, rub it with dry flour continuously, both inside and outside, so that the flour can fully absorb the mucus, and then rinse it with water. Soak in rice wine for three hours, longer is better.
2. Take out, drain, and put it on the basin like a hat.
3. Pour into a pot of boiling water and blanch for ten minutes. Take it out to cool, divide into five parts, and cut each part into four or five pieces.
4. Set aside one portion. Divide the remaining four portions into four plastic bags and freeze them.
5. Preparation before going to bed: Put the tripe slices into a stew pot.
6. Add Xiaomi.
7. Add red dates.
8. Add ginger juice and water until the stew pot is 80% full.
9. Use essence stew mode and stew for three and a half hours. Shown in the picture is the reservation completion time.
10. Get up in the morning, take out the stew pot, beat in the eggs without stirring.
11. Close the lid and continue to keep warm for a quarter of an hour. Just clean up during this time.
12. Take it out, the eggs are already cooked.
13. Grind in white pepper. If you like it sweet, add sugar, if you like it salty, add salt. It's up to you. I added sweet sesame flakes.
