The fresh ribs bought in the supermarket weigh just a little more than a pound each. No need to rinse them, just put them in the pot under cold water and add the green onions and ginger slices.Step 2
Add a little cooking wine.Step 3
Boil the water and cook for three minutes.Step 4
Remove the ribs and wash them with cold water and set aside.Step 5
Add a little cooking oil to the pot, add ginger slices when the oil is 50% hot.Step 6
Add the washed pork ribs and stir-fry for three minutes.Step 7
Pour in boiling water and add green onions and ginger slices. Remember to add enough water at one time and do not add more water in the middle. After the water boils, cook over medium heat for half an hour.Step 8
Pour the pork ribs soup into a casserole after cooking for half an hour. The soup cooked in the casserole will taste better and the pork ribs will have better texture. The casserole soup takes one hour.Step 9
After stewing for an hour, add the white radish that has been washed and cut into hob pieces. The shape of the radish can be cut according to how you wash it, but don't cut it too small. Add the white radish and simmer for another half an hour.Step 10
I use a pot like Jiuyang. I don’t have to adjust the heat by myself on natural gas. If I use natural gas, I must remember not to use high heat to make the soup. Only medium-low heat and slow stewing will make it more delicious.Step 11
