Wontons mixed with scallion oil
Ingredients
- Wonton wrapper Appropriate amount
- Bean sprouts 500g
- Minced meat 200g
- Chives 1 handful
- Garlic 1 piece
- Salt Half spoon
- Chicken powder 1 spoon
- Fish Sauce 1 spoon
- Light soy sauce 6 spoons

- Clear water Appropriate amount
Steps
1. Prepare the required ingredients: 500g bean sprouts, 200g minced meat, appropriate amount of wonton wrapper, 1 handful of chives, 1 garlic, half a teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of chicken powder, 1 tablespoon of fish sauce, 6 tablespoons of light soy sauce, appropriate amount of water, appropriate amount of cooking oil
2. Peel the garlic and cut into minced garlic for later use
3. Wash the bean sprouts and set aside
4. Remove the roots from the scallions, wash and cut into chopped green onions for later use
5. Then pour the minced meat into a large bowl and add 1 spoon of fish sauce
6. Add half a teaspoon of table salt
7. Add half a spoonful of light soy sauce
8. Add half of the chopped green onion
9. Add 1 spoon of chicken powder
10. Stir evenly until the meat sauce becomes thick
11. Then take a piece of wonton wrapper and put an appropriate amount of meat sauce
12. Then fold it in half, and then overlap and glue the bottom two corners to form an ingot shape
13. Wrap each small wonton in turn and set aside
14. Then heat the oil pan, add appropriate amount of cooking oil, add minced garlic and saute until fragrant
15. Pour in the remaining half of the chopped green onions
16. Add the remaining light soy sauce
17. Add a little water to thin it out a little, boil it into a scallion sauce, then turn off the heat and set aside
18. Put an appropriate amount of water in another pot and bring to a boil
19. Then add bean sprouts and blanch them (you can add a little cooking oil to make the bean sprouts crispier and more delicious)
20. Pick up the blanched bean sprouts to control the water and put them into a dinner plate
21. Put the wontons into the pot and cook
22. Then pick it up and pour it into the plate with bean sprouts
23. Finally, pour the cooked scallion oil sauce on it
