Wuhan hot dry noodles
Ingredients
- Hot dry noodles (alkaline noodles) 100 grams
- Tamarind Appropriate amount
- Dried radish Appropriate amount
- Tahini 2 porcelain spoons

Steps
1. Prepare the required ingredients.
2. Boil a pot of water and add a little salt.
3. Put a little cooking oil.
4. Add the hot dry noodles and cook until 6 minutes cooked. The white center in the middle of the noodles is cooked all around.
5. Drain the noodles, rinse with cold water and drain.
6. Sprinkle a little cooking oil on the drained noodles and mix well to prevent the noodles from sticking.
