Yogurt Cake
Ingredients
- Original yogurt 300g
- Eggs 6
- Low gluten flour 60g
- Cornstarch 40g
- Corn oil 65g
- White sugar 70g
- Lemon juice Half spoon
Steps
1. Prepare all ingredients
2. Separate egg whites from egg whites
3. Beat the egg yolks
4. Add corn oil to the egg yolk

18. Mix thoroughly using cutting and mixing method
19. Take another 1/2 of the meringue and put it into the egg yolk liquid
20. Mix thoroughly using cutting and mixing method
21. Pour the thoroughly mixed egg yolk liquid into the remaining meringue
22. Use the cutting and mixing method to mix thoroughly. The batter is ready. Do not over-stir to avoid gluten formation.
23. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
24. Pour the prepared batter into the baking pan
25. Lift the baking sheet and shake it twice to release air bubbles
26. Smooth the surface of the batter with a spatula
27. Preheat the oven at 140W for 10 minutes and put a bowl of hot water at the bottom of the oven
28. Put the baking pan into the oven, bake at 140W upper and lower heat for 60 minutes, then adjust the upper and lower heat at 150W, and bake for 10 minutes
29. The cake is baked and out of the oven
30. Tear off the oil paper after cooling
