Fried garlic sprouts until fragrant
Ingredients
- Garlic sprouts 150g
- Dried tofu 150g
- Pork belly 100g
- Ginger 1 piece
- Scallions 3 roots
- Zanthoxylum bungeanum A few
- Edible oil Appropriate amount
- Doubanjiang 1 spoon
- Laoganma flavored soy sauce 1 spoon
- Light soy sauce Appropriate amount
Steps
1. Prepare ingredients.
2. Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot, add the washed pork belly, a few peppercorns, ginger, and green onions and cook for 15 minutes.
3. Pat the garlic rhizomes with a knife (it will be easier to cook and taste) and cut them into small sections.
4. Cut the dried tofu into strips.
5. Cut the cooked pork belly into small strips.
6. Pour oil into a hot pan and heat until 50% hot.
7. Add pork belly and stir-fry for a while to release the oil.
8. Add a spoonful of bean paste and stir-fry until fragrant.
9. Add garlic sprouts and stir-fry evenly.
10. Add the dried tofu and stir-fry evenly.
11. Pour in appropriate amount of light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.
12. Add a spoonful of Laoganma flavored black bean sauce and stir-fry for a while before serving.
13. Adding pork belly to fried tofu will make it more fragrant and oily!
14. Don’t cut the dried tofu too thick, otherwise it won’t taste good!
