Ingredients
- Low gluten flour 190g
- Butter 90g
- Corn oil 40g
- Powdered sugar 45g
- Milk 50g
- Salt 4.5g
- Chives 45g
Steps
1. Wash the scallions, remove the white, and use only the green.
