Sichuan + Double Pepper Rabbit
Ingredients
- Fresh rabbit meat 200g
- Green pepper 100g
- Zanthoxylum bungeanum 50g
- Small red pepper 2 roots
- Green onions One
- Doubanjiang A spoonful
- Light soy sauce Appropriate amount
- Vinegar Appropriate amount
Steps
1. Prepare the materials as shown in the picture.
2. Wash the rabbit meat, add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, cooking wine and starch and mix well.
3. Cut the small red pepper and green onion into sections.
4. Cut the green pepper into small pieces.
5. Heat oil in a hot pan until it is 80% hot.
6. Add rabbit meat and stir-fry until it changes color.
7. Add bean paste and stir-fry until fragrant.
8. Add green pepper, small red pepper and green onion segments and stir-fry evenly.
9. Add Sichuan peppercorns and sauté until fragrant.
10. Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce and vinegar, stir-fry evenly, and cook for about 1-2 minutes before serving.
