Stir-fried Pork Belly with Spicy Peppers
Ingredients
- Pork belly 300g
- Hot pepper 10 pieces
- Ginger powder 10g
- Minced garlic 10g
- Peppercorns 2g
- Doubanjiang 10g
- Light soy sauce 10g
- Oyster sauce 10g
- Chicken Essence 2g
- Garlic sprouts 1 root
Steps
1. Prepare ingredients: pork belly, pepper, garlic sprouts
2. Cut peppers with a diagonal knife quickly
3. Break the garlic sprouts and cut them into small sections
4. Cut the pork belly into thin slices
5. Put the pork belly into the wok {no need to add oil to the wok}
6. Stir-fry the pork belly to release the oil
7. Add peppercorns and minced ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant
8. Add another spoonful of bean paste and fry until the red oil appears
9. Add chopped peppers
10. Stir fry for one minute
11. Add oyster sauce and light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly
12. Add garlic sprouts and stir-fry evenly
13. Finally add chicken essence
14. Stir until evenly stir-fried and serve out of the pan
